We’ve crafted a warm, inclusive atmosphere that’s basically the perfect mashup of your cozy home office and a legit professional workspace.

Can I host an event?
If you are looking to host a paid event, we’d love to help you make it as successful as possible! Please contact Karli, our community manager, to get more information or to coordinate an event.
Can I bring my dog?
If you are a guest, we ask that you leave your furry ones at one. It may be more distracting to bring a pet that will only be here once. Members can bring their pets! Please let us know when your pet is here for the first time so we can alert the other pet owners too.
What's the phone policy?
Our office has enough nooks and crannies for you to take a quick call. Although we are not strict on noise, it stays pretty quiet throughout the day, and most members put on headphones. If you need more privacy or intend to do some high decibel activity, we have a phone booth and conference room where you can take a longer call.
Can I reserve the Meeting Room?
All members have free limited access to our meeting rooms! For non-members, please use this form to reserve. Our conference room can accommodate up to 6 guests at $35/hr. Please click here to book.
Getting here - where do I park?
There is a paid lot across the street at Mandarin Plaza, $5 all day.
Metered parking on Broadway & Hill streets are $1.50/hr, for 2 hrs max.
Free street parking on Broadway in front of Casa Italiana/Cathedral High School, 2 blocks away. It is easy to find parking but if you park across the street on the LA State Historic Park side, check for rush hour restrictions.
If you are stopping by for less than 15 min, park in any open spot in front of our office. Do not park in the alley for more than 5 minutes – it is a tow away zone. If you absolutely need to park in front for certain amount of time, just reach out to the office and we can arrange that.

Can I come in earlier?
Daypass guests have access from 8 am to 6 pm. Members have a keycode and are able to get into the office as early as they need.
Can I reserve a desk?
If you purchased a daypass, we will make sure you have a desk to work at in the main room! If you’d like to reserve a specific desk, please text us at 213-437-9888.

I love this coworking space. A great place to get some work done right in Chinatown. Less noisy than a loud coffee shop and friendlier too! They also host various community events after hours, game nights, chai tasting, open mics, to name a few. A lovely community and place to work.
