Day Passes
Do I need a membership to visit?
Membership isn’t required to spend the day at Studious. We welcome drop-ins and guests, too.
Arrival
Can I come in earlier?
First-time guests should arrive during staffed hours so we can welcome you and help you get settled. Members with extended access may enter according to their plan.
Coworking
Can I reserve a desk?
Open desks are first come, first served. Reserved desks are available as a monthly membership option for people who want a dedicated workspace.
Calls
What’s the phone policy?
Quick calls are welcome in the shared workspace. For longer calls, private conversations, or louder meetings, please use a phone booth or meeting room.
Meeting Rooms
Can I reserve the Meeting Room?
Yes. Meeting rooms are available to members and guests by reservation. You can book hourly, based on availability.
Pets
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs, but pets are not allowed in the coworking space unless approved in advance. Service animals are always welcome.
Events
Can I host an event?
Yes. We host meetings, workshops, community gatherings, private events, and creative sessions in The Den. For paid or private events, please contact Karli so we can help coordinate the details.
Parking
Where do I park?
There is metered street parking nearby, along with several paid lots in Chinatown. We recommend allowing extra time during lunch, evenings, and event days.
Lovely co-working space with a super friendly and welcoming staff. The space is quiet and conducive to working with snacks and beverages available. Also loved the small bits of the building's history included within the ground floor entrance!

I've worked out of Studious a few times and also attend Toastmaster meetings in their space. I love how light, spacious and airy the whole place is. There is a great community of kind people every time I walk through the doors. There are even snacks on site and I love the food options nearby.
