Fireside Chat – The Art of Trial and Error

There’s a lot of networking in LA – but not enough relationship building. @joycehasa and LA in Common are teaming up to put on an invite-only fireside chat for creators and entrepreneurs in the LA community (that’s you!). We carefully curated this list knowing this event would be a place to build trust, break bread, and learn something new.

The title for this upcoming fireside chat is “The Art of Trial and Error and How to Do it well”. Our speakers are fellow, established content creators and entertainment folks (see below for more details).

We’ll meet at Studious Coworking in Chinatown on Thursday August 15th at 7:30pm. This will be the first of many events to foster social trust within our community while also creating a reliable space to collaborate with like minded people.

The night will begin with dinner at 7:30pm and we’ll seat you at a pre-arranged table based on a questionnaire that we’ll have you fill out.

Then we’ll hop into our main event where our moderator, Eric Simpson (ex-TikTok and Buzzfeed), will invite our panelists to share their insights and anecdotes as it relates to the theme of the evening – empowerment through trial and error and how to do it successfully.

Some housekeeping details:

• RSVP by Friday August 9th
• Dinner will be $30 (TBD on catering – if you have dietary restrictions please note on the questionnaire)
• Make sure you fill out the questionnaire so we can properly seat you for dinner
• This is a private event so please ask one of the hosts if you’d like to invite a +1.
• Dress is semi-formal.
