Accessibility at Studious

At Studious, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all guests and members. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our coworking and event spaces can accommodate a wide range of needs. If you have specific accessibility requirements, we encourage you to reach out—we’re happy to assist.

Can I attend an event at Studious if I have accessibility needs?

Yes. Our event space is located on the ground floor with step-free access and includes access to an ADA-compliant restroom. Doorways and hallways meet ADA width requirements. If you have questions or anticipate needing assistance during an event (e.g., seating accommodations, visual or auditory support), please let us know in advance or speak with our on-site staff.

Are pets allowed in the space?

Yes. In accordance with the ADA, trained service animals are welcome in all public areas of our space. Emotional support animals are allowed in certain areas, in line with our pet-friendly policy. We ask that all animals be under control at all times. If you’re bringing a service or support animal, we are happy to make reasonable arrangements to ensure a comfortable visit.

Is parking available?

There is no public parking directly in front of the building. However, we do reserve at least one parking space for visitors with accessibility needs. If you require accessible parking, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your visit.

Can I cowork at Studious with accessibility accommodations?

Absolutely. We offer coworking spaces on both levels of the building. The ground floor is fully accessible, and we are actively working to improve access to the upper level. Please contact us regarding current access options for upstairs spaces.

If you need assistance navigating the space, accessing amenities such as water, coffee, or shared equipment, our community manager is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. You can text us at 213-437-9888 or speak with Karli upon arrival.

We also welcome requests for accommodations such as:

  • Printed materials in large format
  • Captioning for events or presentations
  • Assistive listening devices (available upon request)
  • Alternative seating arrangements

Getting Here

Getting around LA is half the battle of a workday. If you need assistance entering or exiting the building, or help receiving food or supply deliveries, we’re happy to assist. Let us know when you arrive, or contact us ahead of time for support.
