Accessibility at Studious

Studious Collective is committed to creating a welcoming and accessible environment for our members, guests, event attendees, and visitors. We are a small coworking and event space in Chinatown, Los Angeles, and we do our best to support a wide range of access needs with care, flexibility, and clear communication.

Visiting for an Event

Our ground-floor event space has step-free access and access to an accessible restroom. Doorways and pathways are designed to support guest movement through the space, though layouts may vary depending on the event setup.

If you need accessible seating, space for a mobility device, communication support, assistance entering the building, or other accommodations, please contact us in advance or speak with our on-site staff when you arrive.

Coworking & Meeting Rooms

Studious has workspaces and meeting rooms on both the ground floor and upper level. Our ground-floor areas are the most accessible areas of the building.

Some upstairs areas may require stairs and may not be accessible to all guests. If you are booking a tour, coworking day, meeting room, or office visit, please contact us ahead of time so we can help identify the best available space for your needs.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome in public areas of Studious in accordance with the ADA. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets may be permitted only where allowed by our pet-friendly policy and must remain under control at all times.

Accessible Parking and Arrival Support

There is limited parking directly in front of the building. If you need accessible parking or assistance entering the space, please contact us in advance so we can discuss available options and help prepare for your visit.

Communication Support

We want guests to be able to participate comfortably in our space and events. Depending on the event and request, we may be able to support:

• Accessible seating arrangements
• Space for mobility devices
• Printed materials in larger format
• Written instructions or event information
• Captioning or communication support with advance notice
• Assistance accessing water, coffee, restrooms, or shared amenities
